Questions worth answering up front
Is the free plan a trial?
No, it stays free. It is limited in volume rather than in kind, so you can research a company properly on it.
Do you sell my data or trade against me?
No. ValueBase is a research and tracking tool paid for by subscriptions, and we do not execute trades.
How do research reports work?
You ask for a company and we write the report, rather than picking from a shelf of pre-made ones. That is why there is a monthly allowance of 10, with up to 25 on any one day. We email you when yours is ready, and it stays in your library while you subscribe. If a current report on that company already exists, you get it straight away, and it still uses one report from your allowance.
Are the reports written by AI?
Yes, and every report says so at the top. The method is fixed and stated in each report. The filings, transcripts and insider dealing are read first, the company is valued before the share price is seen, and only then are the price and other people's commentary taken into account. Every factual claim carries a citation, so you can check the work rather than trust it.
Is this investment advice?
No. Screens, valuations, notes and reports are research inputs, and every decision, with its consequences, stays yours.
Can I cancel?
Yes, whenever you like, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. When it ends, your portfolios and saved valuations are removed from your account. We keep them for 30 days in case you come back, then delete them permanently, so export any transactions you want to keep before your subscription ends. Your notes, tags and research stages stay with you.
